Whole Body Movement Workshop

The hip bone sits above the knee bone. The knee bone sits above the ankle bone... but for many of us, this just isn't the case. Learn how simple adjustments to your body alignment can help you live a more active life. We'll cover exercises that span from head to toe, to help you move better, heal and reduce pain, and return to a life of play.

This event is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. Unfortunately, children are not allowed at the studio and there is no childcare.
Please bring a yoga mat, block, strap, half foam roller if you have one. We will have some of these available if you do not own them.
