I’ve adapted this recipes slightly from Agalee Jacobs’s book Digestive Health with Real Food. I highly recommend it if you have an GI flares and are looking to improve your digestions – even if you have recurring pain, then this would be a great place for you to start.
This recipe is for fritters, but it you’re like me and your frittters don’t stay together as well as you’d like them to, it also makes a great scramble. No shame there – it’s still edible and really tasty.
